About The Turkey & The Caterpillar

Once upon a time, perhaps a long time ago…two friends discovered the power of celebrating being different.

On a topsy-turvy British summer’s day, a hopeful Turkey meets a wiggly Caterpillar who dreams of the sky but fears the changes ahead. As they wobble, waddle, giggle and dance their way through wind, rain, snow and sunshine, the pair discover that everyone grows at their own pace, and that difference can be something truly wonderful.

With playful physical theatre, imaginative storytelling and plenty of opportunities for little ones to join in, this uplifting adventure gently explores big themes of friendship and change with warmth and humour. When Caterpillar goes through some big changes, both friends learn the importance of supporting your loved ones and that true transformation comes from within.
