About Possê

Possê is a joyful, high-energy outdoor performance bringing together live percussion, dance, theatre and voice in a vibrant celebration of community, rhythm and togetherness. Meaning “community”, “group” or “family”, Possê invites all to gather, connect and share in the excitement and energy of the show.

Filled with thunderous beats, playful choreography and infectious energy, the show invites audiences to feel and celebrate alongside the performers. Bursting with positivity, rhythm and collective joy, Possê is a powerful reminder of how public spaces can bring people together through music, movement and shared experience.

  • Performances start at 12.45pm & 3.30pm on Saturday and Sunday
  • Performances start outside Fenwick, Northumberland Street

GOOD TO KNOW

  • Performance duration: approximately 45 minutes.
  • Audiences are free to come and go throughout.
  • Suitable for all ages and intergenerational audiences.
  • This is an outdoor event, with space to move around and watch from different viewpoints.
  • Participation is always optional; you’re welcome to join in or simply enjoy the atmosphere.
  • Expect loud live percussion, amplified sound and high-energy movement throughout.
  • Arriving early is recommended to secure the best viewing spot.
  • The show is led by rhythm, music and visual storytelling rather than spoken dialogue

Sound de Secà creates high-energy street arts performances that fuse percussion, movement and voice into joyful collective experiences celebrating connection, humanity and social inclusion.

Musical direction: Robert Canela

Performers: Laura Barquets, Robert Canela, Laia Farran,Jesús Franco, Sandra Garcia, Joan González, Núria Pulido, Jordi Talavera, Natàlia Morales, Berni Manzambi and Heika Villar.
