Writing songs that sit somewhere between noisy catharsis and quiet confession, Melanie blends fuzzy guitars, pounding drums and razor-sharp lyrics with warmth, wit and unapologetic honesty. Inspired by the spirit of ’90s alt-rock but unmistakably her own, her music explores love, anxiety, joy, anger and everything in between.

The venue is wheelchair accessible, with lift access to the gallery.
An accessible toilet and hearing loop are available.
A member of the team will be in the foyer to welcome you and direct you to the performance space.
The gallery can be reached via a small flight of 3 steps or by wheelchair lift and passenger lift.

Staithe create intimate, atmospheric music that weaves together haunting vocals, classical guitar, viola, piano and electronic textures. Formed by acclaimed songwriter Bridie Jackson and multi-instrumentalist Nick Lewis, their immersive live performances blend contemporary folk with cinematic soundscapes.
